We’ve shipped to the United States since we started. US orders ship from partner warehouses in the States or from Ontario, and either way there are no duties or customs hassles.

Meet the founder
Reid Thornley, a WQA Master Water Specialist with a biology degree, began in water treatment in 2000 testing UV disinfection prototypes. He writes or oversees what you read here.
